Our store is hosted on servers. Your data is stored through servers data storage, databases and the general WordPress application. Server stores your data on a secure base behind a firewall. Our host pays special attention to the security and confidentiality of our customers. Servers are hosted only in modern server repositories, 24×7 protected by an armed security team. Access to them is strictly controlled and monitored.

We collect as minimum as possible information about you just to help us provide you with service you paid us for. For this we use third-party services – shipping stations, payment getaways, manufactures and artisans. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, like shipping and handling or payment information.

Due to Lithuanian (EU) bookkeeping law we are obliged to securely store your order data for period of time. Periods for storing data:

  • Retain inactive accounts – 12 months;
  • Retain pending orders – 30 days;
  • Retain failed orders – 30 days;
  • Retain cancelled orders – 30 days;
  • Retain completed orders – 10 years.

If you have an account on our store or made an order before you have the right to require us to provide you with all of the information we have collected about you and / or you have the right to require us to destroy all this information.

Please note, that manufacturers and artisans with whom we work and who ship your orders are subject of local bookkeeping laws too. These laws also require them to securely store your order data for a certain amount of time. This time depends on the country in which the manufacturer or artisan operates. Since we have partners all over the world that ship your products there is no general accounting regulation that apply to all of us at once. Yet, if you would like we can provide you with detailed information about bookkeeping laws that apply to manufacturer (our partner) of a specific product you bought from us. You have the right to require them to provide you with all of the information they have collected about you and / or you have the right to require them to destroy all this information.
